The Hotel has two accommodation wings under the one roof with 60 beautifully appointed hotel-style rooms.
The Conference Centre can cater for up to 120 delegates and is comprised of three pillar-less function rooms with natural light, a boardroom with private deck, the Wilderness Gallery with nine rooms plus two offices suitable for secretariats.
The Wilderness Gallery is one of the largest privately-owned photographic galleries in Australia and showcases exhibitions from world-renowned nature photographers. The Gallery is built around an enclosed native garden and consists of 10 exhibition rooms and is a stunning setting for working luncheons or cocktail receptions.

Delegates can dine in the Hotel's signature restaurant, The Grey Gum, in Quoll’s Restaurant or simply enjoy a drink in Brushtails Bar and Lounge.
